Which licence do I need?
Three questions decide it: which software, how many PCs, and whether you will move the licence to another computer later.
One PC you may upgrade
Retail key
Transferable: if you replace the computer or its motherboard, you move the licence to the new machine.
A fixed PC you will keep as it is
OEM key
The cheapest option. It stays tied to the first PC it activates on: after a motherboard replacement it cannot be moved.

Multi-activation key
One key with 5 or 10 activations. Each PC uses one activation, ideal for small businesses and technicians.

Send us your order number and a screenshot of the error. We send a working key or refund you in full.
Refund conditions
Refunds are possible within 30 days for keys that were not delivered, not used or proven defective. Activated keys and wrong purchases are not refundable. Read the policy
Official downloads only
You download Windows and Office from Microsoft’s own servers. We never send modified installation files.

Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between an OEM key and a Retail key?
A Retail key can be moved to another PC; an OEM key stays tied to the first PC it activates on and costs less. Both activate the same edition of Windows.
How fast will I receive my key?
Usually within 1–5 minutes after payment, by email, together with the official Microsoft download link and an activation guide. If nothing arrives within 30 minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
Is it a subscription?
No. Windows and Office 2024 licences are a one-time payment with no renewal. Office 2024 receives Microsoft security updates until 9 October 2029.
Does Office 2024 work on a Mac?
No. Office 2024 Professional Plus is for Windows 10 and Windows 11 PCs only.
What happens if my key does not activate?
Send your order number and a screenshot of the error to contact@licengold.com. We send you a working key or refund you in full.
Can I still buy Windows 10?
Yes, but Microsoft ended consumer security updates for Windows 10 on 13 October 2026. If your PC meets the requirements (check with PC Health Check), choose Windows 11.
